Dynamic data table srapping

Hello guys, im doing data scraping in web site , this table have different rows every day , one day can be 5 or 6 the other day is 7, and in this table there is two parts that dividing with a line, and there are also showing time for each row for example at 2 o clock somthing show in cell and that row will go up on that line, so i want to scrap the row after that cell changes and show results, how can i do it in data scrapping, my idea was to set time for this but also time is different every day,
is there way that it will know when the data changing in that table?
