Duplicate rows

I have a excel sheet where duplicate rows may come sometimes. So when duplicate row comes i need to update in the same excel as duplicate request. Can anyone help me with this?

When duplicate rows are found , u want to update corresponding to the cell corresponding to duplicate row as duplicate request
