DU templates are not visible in Studio.

Issue: DU templates are not visible in Studio.

Root Cause: This issue arises because the policy is set for Studio v22.4 or lower in Automation OPS.

Resolution:

  • To enable the template feeds the Studio version should be set v 22.10.0 or higher.

  1. Go to Automation OPS--> Setting --> Select the Studio v >= 22.10.0.

  1. Also, make sure all the template feed are enable
  2. Go to Policy--> Manage Sources--> Allowed template feeds
