DU Template - Must set all assets?

I’m working my way through the DU template. I have a question about assets. Here’s the config page:

It is my understanding that assets are to be used for shared and confidential information, to avoid hardcoding things into projects.

So I understand why the API key is there. And according to the User Manual it is required to be there.

My question is – Do I have to create assets for all of these? I tried running the template without the rest of them, and it errors. If I do have to create assets for all of these, then is it normal practice to share these settings across different DU processing projects? It just seems like a PITA to have to set up all these for every single project.

Can anybody answer this question? Are setting up these assets mandatory for the DU template to work?

Hi @Terry_Marr

You must create all assets on Orchestrator. If you dont want to do, you can move all parameters to Settings Page. But you must define all parameters on Settings Page as key value pairs.
