DU not automatically classifying documents

I am using DU for vehicle titles. I am getting a message in the classification station step - “Groups that are not classified have no confidence calculated.” which makes sense because the document is not yet classified. However I have manually classified the document and added references. Shouldn’t I begin to see a confidence score for the document?

I have followed this video and it seems to work the way I would expect. After he adds references and runs the bot again, in classification station his confidence score goes up. I’ve tried with the intelligent and non-intelligent keyword classifiers and trainers with the same result.

I figured out my issue. In the Configure Classifiers I had content in the define internal taxonomy unique IDs. Not sure why I did that, but once I removed it, I got a confidence score and it began working as I expected.
