Drug text box in PDF Acrobat

How can I select some text boxes and move them in PDF?
I can’t find 「drug」 activitiy.
I can’t use Acrobat with my PC so in this attached ,using Excel.

I’m not sure i understand. From where do you want to select the text boxes?
