Drop down and selecting an option in windows App

Hi I am trying to automate selection of an item in a drop box. Tried type into also… it takes the text and not selecting the option. It is a double column (code-description) drop wherein on selection will give the description. Can anyone suggest some options? Thanks in advance…

Usually for all drop downs recording works fine, try same in your case. If it is not working then post a screen shot of application.

You can try Click activity for this, you just have to select a valid and stable selector for the same
