Drag & Drop files on windows application with Hover

Hi !!!

I am new with the developer of process and I am get stuck with the drag and drop of files. I already had a google about it and tried some examples, but no one of them had worked on my case. To be clear my problem is when I take a file from the explore and try to drag and drop to a swing application.

I don`t know why it is not working like a drag and drop activities, someone already had a similar problem ?

Is there another way of opening the file inside the application instead of drag and drop from explorer? If yes, then you should just automate the opening of the file explorer, browse the file you want to open. This method is safer and more practical instead of drag and drop.
