Downloading the PDF Invoice not able to save file

Hi
I am downloading the Invoice from web Portal after download the Invoice can’t work the click options ( "save " Button ) for download in the PDF format, a separate window opening for save type like print preview format

Instead of using Click option(Save) you can try with Send Hotkey Activity “Ctrl+s” to save the pdf file.

Hi thanks for giving details but when i give this Hotkey activity for "Ctrl+P, Ctrl+S "
this file save as like "webpage , complete " but if i click the Save options Button it save in the “Adobe Document” format

please suggest any other options pls.

First, use Ctrl+P to print. then once the print screen appears, send “Enter” key. as the save button is already highlighted, that should be clicked.
