We will need a bit more info
- Is this the same exact url you use when you try to navigate to Orchestrator via Desktop web?
- If yes, could you try the url on the mobile browser on your device and see if that has the same problem or not?
- If you have an iOS device, could you also try the iOS app as well?
Hi, I am using UiPath Orchestrator in iOS device and am facing the same issue. I am able to connect to the Orchestrator via Browser however, when I try the app, it throws the same error. I am on office network and have issue with the app only.

Apologies for not seeing this sooner. Several months ago on the iOS app we released extra error handling & checking to help debug issues with connecting to on-premise Orchestrators. If you download the latest app and try to connect, it should tell you what the specific problem with the connection is. If you’d like to post the screenshot you see here, we can also help as needed.
