Download Report - Not asking where to save

When I click on “Download Reports”, the csv file is downloaded with default name in default drive.
I want this download to ask the location where to save

Browser - Chrome.

Any idea how can I change this behavior

Go to chrome://settings/downloads and enable the Ask where to save each file before downloading option.
