How to download studio if the link is wrong?

Selecting community edition should take you to login to the Cloud UiPath RPA Platform.

Then navigate to resource center here: UiPath

And the download link is available.

You need to be authenticated to the cloud orchestrator portal in order to download the installer.

yes I am login and can see ocrchestrator:

but when I pressing on download button is show me “403 - Forbidden”
