I just tried and I got this wrong.
The strange thing is that it was successful on other machines, and it was also successful on other machines before modification
If it runs on all machines except this one, verify that machine can access the link by doing it manually. This might be something like a firewall/whitelist issue
I had my suspicions, too.The machine can access the link.
Using activity to download other attachments is also the error.
Is per any chance your output location a network drive that it cannot access?
Maybe the issue is not on downloading the file, but on placing the file on the server location.
As @ijanszen1 pointed out, it looks like a firewall issue re SSL checking. Is the site https or http for file downloads?
The output location is local disk D,I’ve tried other paths, too.
The machine can access the link. And I’ve tried other attachment link ,occurs the same problem.
I rebooted the machine, and somehow the problem disappeared.
