Download excel latest file from web page

we are downloading on daily basis. Then saving these files in a particular directory. Then i need to upload this downloaded and saved file to one webpage on daily basis. Can Someone let me know how can I upload these saved files on daily basis on that webpage?

I followed below activities steps but it does not work, pls help me.

Open brower - Mentioned the web page path
Type into ---- login and password
Click — Next
Data Scrapping – Excel file download. ??? (i need to download latest date… pls suggest)
write CSV - File – file saved…
