Download an Excel from local desktop and it should save it into server

Hi,

i want to download an excel file from any of the website in local machine i want that excel should be automatically saved it into server is it possible to automate…???

In the save as file use TypeInto and mention the path using typeinto

if i download from client machine also it should save in the server not local server some other company server

Hi @Lalithya_Manam,

Can you try using RDP connection to connect client machine for download and save into another server

Follow below steps to connect RDP :

  1. send hot key Win + r
  2. Then type ''mstsc" and enter using TypeInto activity
  3. Enter server credentials for logging into server.
  4. once logging into server, use Citrix Automation or Computer Vision Scope activity to automate application.
