Download 3 type of attachment of same selector is failing sometimes in downloading

I am downloading attachment from website named as ID but the problem is sometimes it is not downloading the attachment.

Sometimes it is in PDF format as:
sometimes it is in big frame as format .png
sometimes it is in small frame as format .png

What are you trying to achieve here… Please provide more and detailed information.
