Even if you are able to download the older version of the studio, with community license terms, you will be upgraded to latest version as soon as Studio detects the latest version available. This is as per license terms you should be following.
If you are looking for the older license for learning and certification preparation purpose, you can try creating that environment by downgrading package versions in any studio version.
