Does Data Service Have a Retention Policy Option?

Hi all,

My latest process writes metadata to DataService for each transaction. The data will be queried to generate statistics - but then has very limited use.

I’d like for rows to disappear after N days, to prevent the table indefinitely ballooning in size.

Will I need to write a workflow to achieve this, or does Orchestrator have this function built in?

There is no auto deleting happens on Data Services entity tables…you can delete or archive as you need

@Sonalk - Yes, you are right that you will get about 12 GB of total data storage. Depending on how much data is added in each run, it will still be a long time before you will hit your overall 12 GB limit.
