Does citrix components work with Virtualbox?

With Native Citrix Automation, an extension can be installed which enables to recognize objects in VM just like a local machine. But is there such an option to automate applications launched from VM created with Virtual box?

No, for now it is only Citrix.

As a workaround, you could try the Computer Vision activities, see here:
