Document Understanding with receipt

i am creating a template in document understanding when I click on create a template than select few options and hit on configure
after hit on configure i just see only one option

Page 1 Machining info no all you can follow a pictures
Picture 1

now yo can also see only one option
but in this section should be two more options like picture 2
like bill number or bill amount

can anyone help me to fix this issue

Could you check the Taxonomy Manager if you have added the necessary fields in it ?

yes I already did and double check

Could you provide a Screenshot of the Workflow of the Form Extractor and Data Extraction Scope, we would get better idea by checking how the it is configured.
