Workaround:
- Open Studio > Manage Packages
- Upgrade the UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities package to the latest Stable version.
- If installed, uninstall the UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.ML.Activities package.
- Re-run the workflow to check if the error persists.
- If the error still occurs:
- Delete the existing Document Understanding Project Extractor activity.
- Re-add the activity from the Activities panel.
- Reconfigure it as needed and test again.
Next Steps:
If the error persists after testing the workaround:
-
- Install Fiddler Classic on the machine and capture a Fiddler trace while reproducing the issue.
- Collect Diagnostic Tool logs.
- Archive your entire project folder using 7-zip or WinRAR.
- Open a Product Support case and upload the files using Attach log file from the dropdown on the case in https://customerportal.uipath.com
Notes:
- The UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.ML.Activities package is bundled within the UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities package, so it is not necessary to install both.
- Keeping your packages up to date ensures compatibility with the latest features and bug fixes.
