Document Understanding multi files

Using AI Center can we check whether “checkboxes” are checked or not!!
I also need to check whether there is a signature in the signature field!!

In a pdf there are 12 pages
I need to extract data from 8 pages
Format is 1 only
Will ai center be useful.?.I am asking since we need to upload the files there !!
