Hi @Jose_Penetra ,
First of all, can you confirm your Automation Cloud license type - Community/Enterprise/Trial?
For Community, it’s not available.
If it’s enterprise or enterprise trial version, it’ll be available.
If you are not able to see it directly in Services page, then check if you have a button Add Services in Admin ->Tenant (refer screenshot)
In that, select checkbox for Document understanding, then click add button and then you can enable it from Services page.
Happy Automation
Hi @Jose_Penetra,
To enable Document Understanding, go to Add Service and select Document Understanding from the list.
Additionally, to enable Autopilot, you need to complete all the steps mentioned under the User Onboarding Checklist; just follow the “Learn more” links to configure everything properly.
Thanks
Is it the default tenant?
one thing that I am observing is if its a default tenant its not giving add services option..if we create a new tenant other than default we are able to see that option to add services
@loginerror - can you please look into this
cheers
Hey,
We don’t have default tenant.
Thanks.

José
Hi @Jose_Penetra,
This might be an authorization issue. You’ll need to contact your Organization/Tenant Admin to enable the service for you.
@Anil_G, I’m using the Default Tenant, and the option is visible for me.
Thanks
To enable or add any services to the tenant you need to have administrator access.
If you do not have, then you need to connect with the person whoever has the admin access to the Automation Cloud Organization.
Then it is possible that your Automation Cloud organization license may not have the Document Understanding product included, may be you need to reach out to UiPath team on this matter then.
Hey,
Document Understanding is available on my Organization…but not only for all tenants… I’m not seeing the reason for this.
I’m not able to add new services on my tenant…the “+” is not available
Thanks.
Just to confirm I am the org admin in my case
Then if its visible for few and not for others there must be some other reasons…
I see if we add all services already it would not show so that might be the case
cheers
Hey,
It’s not our case…we don’t have all services added …
Thanks
