any idea or experience when create template manager in Document Understanding, take a long time? i already wait about 5 minutes, and it’s still not complete
@adityo The digitizing time might varies based on the invoices . But this is expected one.
But, give a try changing to force apply from the drop down of Apply OCR on PDF field and see how it goes
Also, i it mandatory for you to use Google OCR, if not try with Microsoft OCR
hi @ushu thank you for your response, i already tried with omni page ocr, microsoft ocr, and the auto force ocr i already change to No, but it keep returned same result…
