Document understanding activities ai unit consumption is not visible in orchestrator?

Hello community forum, I’m working on document understanding activities

We are implementing a PDF automation using Document Understanding with the following steps: Load Taxonomy → Digitize Document (Omnipage OCR) → Classify Document (Key-based Classifier) → Data Extraction (Form Extractor/Regex/ML) → Present Validation (optional) → Export Extraction Results.

But for that I’m not able to see the usage of Ai units in orchestrator → Admin → License → Consumable → view usage of Robot Units

where to watch the usage of Ai units?
is there any different ways to watch the Ai units?
and how should i know how much Ai units used, Their usage details?

Hello @Vikas_b_Sajjan,

You are currently checking Robot Units, not AI Units.To view AI Units, navigate to:

Orchestrator → Admin → Licenses → AI Units

If the AI Units section isn’t there, they haven’t been allocated yet. Use View Usage for detailed tracking of consumption by date and process.

What license plan you are on? I mean Flex license or another?
