How accurate Document understating in UiPath tool.
Do we get any mismatch while using document understanding
This depends on many factors like your document clarity, type of document etc.
Yes, it will fail sometime and for that we do implement Human in the loop (HITL) using Action center.

depending on you using ixp or AI center that differs and also based on page clarity,fields,layout etc
if old DU activities then you might need good number of samples and also variations of it
If new DU/IXP they work with prompt so docs might be less but based on prompt the accuracy varies
mismatch can always be possible and you can se to action center for review and confirm
