Document opens when Bot clicks on Save as but manually does not open

Hi Everyone,

Bot saves a document in IE 11 by clicking on Save as. Please see the image below. This will pop up after clicking on View in Salesforce application

After save button bot opens the document but if i save manually then the document is not opening.

Also sometimes two files getting download one is valid document file and another word document is empty file. Could you please suggest on this?

just guessing here

did you check the file type? I see on the screenshot it is downloading a .DOC but probably your word would default to .DOCX - that might explain why it can’t open the file you saved manually.

As for the creation of a second, empty document -sometimes- maybe you have a duplicated code somewhere?
