Document Manager gets stuck

Hi, I am labeling documents in Document Manager but when I introduce data manually, the app stops working and is unable the capture anymore. It works again after some time, or after restarting, but it’s a hassle as this is happening constantly and it’s not efficient time-wise.

Why can this be happening? Can it be due to my system or laptop?

Do you have an On Prem AI Center installed ? Also Let us know the System information.

I’m working on the Enterprise trial version of UIPath Automation Cloud.

My system is Windows 10 Home Edition, with Intel(R) Core™ i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.6GHz and I’m on Chrome.

There haven’t been any reports of that incident when checked in Status website :

I did encounter some situations when large number of files are imported into the Document manager, it does hang or it used to revert back to the first document from the set of documents when performing labelling.
