Document Manager Batch Import Failed

Hello,

I have an existing dataset labeled. I added a new field to be labeled and am adding new batches of pages to label. I just tried importing the first batch to be labeled and the import failed. I received the following error on every document:

Failed to digitize document 12345678.pdf: The provided OCR Key is invalid.

Has anyone else run into this error and know a solution?

I think your OCR key is expired or you exceeded the document limit.

The OCR key was invalid and needed to be updated. Also, in the settings of the OCR labeling, I changed the Apply OCR on PDFs setting from ‘Yes’ to ‘Auto.’

Issue resolved.
