Document Management System(Activation and Inactivation)

Use Case Description

We normally maintain lots of documents put them in the centralized document repository and maintain a version. Whenever we publish a new version then we need to inactivate the older version by activating the new version. Usually, Document Management System is on the website where we can maintain the repository of documents. We can download all these document lists from the website into an excel file and then iterate over the list and then take appropriate action i.e. Activation or Inactivation and later on we can set document status on the website accordingly. This automation will save a lot of manual hours invalidation and updating the correct version of a document on the DMS website.
