DOCKER - Run bots?

Hi there!

I hope this thread finds you safe and well

I actually have quick question regarding Docker and CI-CD stuff.

Is it possible to run processes through docker based on Windows + UiRobot.msi image? I know that’s possible to create a docker with UiRobot (GitHub - AndreiBarbuOz/dockerized-robot: Dockerized UiPath Robot used in CI/CD pipelines) and also handling Powershell orchestrator API lib (GitHub - GitHub - UiPath/orchestrator-powershell: UiPath Orchestrator PowerShell cmdlet library). I also know that we don’t need Studio as well as Orchestrator server installed in the machine which we are going to run our package-process by UiRobot upon.

But when it comes to run a job in a container (I mean, trying the same way as when we are running it through a VM) and also by bearing in mind that we also have licenses for UiRobot (robot licenses) and the Container is not a ‘GUI-User interactive’ thing. How can we manage to put it together? Is it possible?

It’s hard to picture how we could set-up licenses/jobs upon dockers and in turn to be able to run it through docker. since orchestrator supports only VM’s / ‘Machines’. Also considering the ‘GUI’ situation, where I don’t see it in dockers.

Appreciate any thoughts on this,

Thanks a lot in advance,
