"do you want to use an anchor?" error

hi, i’m just learning the the studio and following the tutorials but when i start “record” and click the “start” button, i get a pop up “do you want to use an anchor” screen with “yes” and “no” options. i tried both but i can’t click anything after yes or no.

anyone has idea what is the problem? how to fix it?

i saw few topics about it but there is no solituon.
