Do we need to changed the path in studio always we changed directory on orch?

On this image we are on Test/Buyload but my question is do we need to changed it always on studio? Everytime we changed path on orch? Or it is automatically adjusted when you deploy the package on certain folder

You need to change in order to to save them in that particular folder
