Is there a installer that can bypass the activation or is it a mandatory step to activate with Internet connection? Does it meant that i would not be able to use UIPath with a laptop that does not have internet connection?

Of Course you need internet connection to activate the license.
Let us know which license you are trying to activate.

To activate community edition, we must need internet connection.
If you want to activate Enterprise Edition then internet connection is optional and we can activate this licence code from other system which has internet connection.
