Do Forms AI extractors cost per hour?

Currently we 4 forms extractors. Do these cost AI units per hour like ML skills? Or do they only cost on a per use basis?

It costs Page unit cost per extracted page.

Yes, I know that.

But Machine learning extractor also has a cost for having the extractor made, which is 1 per hour (depending on replicas attached). I’m wondering if Forms AI also has a per hour charge.
