Distinct the range in data table based on one column and keep another column intact

How do we distinct the range (without header) in a data table based on one column and keep another column intact. Meaning we want to filter one column that have same value and only take the first one. We can’t filter other columns values as we need it. Filter duplicates only in one column.

For example from this:

|1|A|YY|
|2|B|ZZ|
|3|C|CC|
|4|A|CC|
|5|B|VV|
|6|C|BB|

To this:

|1|A|YY|
|2|B|ZZ|
|3|C|CC|

Filter distinct by Column contain ABCABC, second column.

|A|
|B|
|C|
|A|
|B|
|C| ← This column.
