Display Image URL in Action Center Forms?

Is it possible to pass a secure image path in action center to allow the user to view the image and APPROVE/REJECT based on what they see? If so… then HOW?

Or can we only pass a URL/LINK that the user has to click and view?

I have seen an invoice approval use case but the image seemed to be hard coded.

Use HTML Display Activity which displays HTML page form the URL mentioned in the input parameter
