Disintegrate Bigger datatable

Hi Team,

I want to disintegrate this datatable into smaller unit on the basis of PI Number

As we can see here the 1st PI number contain 2 rows of cartoon number the second PI Number contains 3 rows of cartoon number, i want these cartoon numbers with respect to the PI number. Actually my use case is, i have an input field, there i have to input these entries, here all are single entries so i dont have any problem with that but there cartoon number can have multiple entries as we can see here in the excel. So what is the best approach. Please help team.
