There used to be an ‘Alerts’ option under ‘Tenant’ > ‘Settings’ where I could configure alert settings. However, I can’t find it anymore. Has it been removed, or has it been relocated?

Click your profile photo → Preferences → Notifications
Click on the bell icon → then notification setting.

Isn’t this option meant to configure alerts for my account specifically? I’d like to disable them for everyone in the tenant.

Check the access your account have. May be you don’t have access to modify mail alert settings.
Checked already, I have total admin access to the tenant.

For that, follow below steps:

Go to Bell icon-> Settings icon as shown below:

Click on ‘My notification’ and then ‘Manage Notification’, below screen would appear. From here, you would be able to control settings for mass(group/organization) users.
