Disabling Email Alerts on Orchestrator

There used to be an ‘Alerts’ option under ‘Tenant’ > ‘Settings’ where I could configure alert settings. However, I can’t find it anymore. Has it been removed, or has it been relocated?

Click your profile photo → Preferences → Notifications

Isn’t this option meant to configure alerts for my account specifically? I’d like to disable them for everyone in the tenant.

That is exactly what I was looking for, but I don’t have this ‘Mail’ option…

Check the access your account have. May be you don’t have access to modify mail alert settings.

Checked already, I have total admin access to the tenant.

For that, follow below steps:

  1. Go to Bell icon-> Settings icon as shown below:

  2. Click on ‘My notification’ and then ‘Manage Notification’, below screen would appear. From here, you would be able to control settings for mass(group/organization) users.
