Disabled Due To Insufficient Permissions

When trying to add a Robot on Orchestrator the button says "Disabled due to insufficient permissions".

This issue generally occurs when the user does not have enough permissions to perform the action. Please follow the below steps:

  1. Verify the role that is assigned to the user.
  2. Go to the roles tab and check if all the permission for the Robot is assigned to the user name or not. If not then assign it by referring to Managing Roles Of A User

Note: It may be possible that suitable privilege is not present to to modify the roles. Then ask the admin user to modify the roles.
  • In case of an admin user, verify if the Orchestrator is licensed.
  • If the Orchestrator Tenant is Unlicensed, it is not possible to add any Robots to the Orchestrator.
