Disable the Document Type in Action Center during Validation

Hi,

I have few Document Types (Invoices, Investments…) which I have used in the Document Understanding project. During classification in action center users have the option of changing the Doctype if they need.

However I do not want to give them this option in the Validation State. Is there any way in which I can disable the Doctype.
