Directory User as Robot Accounts / Unattended Users

Good morning guys, I would like take some advices from you.

I created a group in Organization Level named “CSN Robots” which has 5 Directory Users in it, the goal is to use them as Unattended Robots, like i used to do before Automation Cloud.

I’ve already granted “Automation User” and “Allow to be User Automation” but yet, Assistant shows me the “No robot configured for the current user.” log with error code 1230.

Also, it didn’t appears on “Robots” tab what leads me to think they are not fully or correctly configured.

Does anyone has dealt with this same scenary before? How could I surpass it?

If you edit the user you have you would see unattended/robot configuration option at the bottom of the user section which needs to be configured

It says enterprise robot setup

Hi @Athos,

Please verify that unattended robot licenses are assigned to the users/machines that require access.

If the unattended robot licenses are already assigned, verify that the Unattended Configuration has been set up for the users. You can find this option under Manage Access. Open the user profile, click Edit, and ensure the unattended settings (such as credentials and machine access) are configured correctly.

Also, a final check go to Admin → Your Organization → Robots & Services → License Allocation to Tenants. Check if your tenant has unattended licenses already allocated. If not, please allocate the licenses.
