Diploma has problem with ID

Dear administrator

I just finished my Academy Course “Foundation Training”, and downloaded the Diploma.
But in the Diploma(PDF) ,i can’t see my name or any thing about my ID.
actually my name is not in english, it is in japanese character.
how to solve this issue?please help me.
