Unable to digitize document: Document fullness.

Issue Description: Unable to digitize the document. DU process fails at runtime with below error for digitizing the documents.

Root Cause: The bug was with digitizer library and has been fixed in digitizer 3.2.1 .

Resolution: Follow these steps,

  1. Update the below package dependencies to version which has digitizer library >= 3.2.1
  • UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.ML.Activities
  • UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities
  • UiPath.PDF.Activities


If still facing the issue after upgrading the dependencies, open a ticket with UiPath Support team with Sample project and documents.
