Difficulty setting up Uipath Studio

Computer was reset and I lost Uipath Studio settings but I’m still connected to assistant and orchestrator. I downloaded uipath studio (most recent stable version) and when I open this comes up -

Can someone help me sign in? If thats not the right service URL where do i get it?
