I’m encountering an interesting issue in my project.
We are filling a textbox and then clicking a button on SU10, I’ve noticed that the UI response differs between when the action is performed by the robot and when done manually by a human. Even though we input the same information and click the same button, the popup varies.
I’ve tried troubleshooting this by considering factors like permissions, screen resolution, timing delays, or application state, but I’m still unable to identify the root cause.
Even when I tested this scenario on the existing screen in an open session, I still encountered the same result.
Has anyone else faced a similar situation in their RPA projects? If so, how did you tackle it or what steps did you take to investigate?
