Difference in recording type get password

Hi all,
I notice there is a difference between the recording Get password and the Get Password activity from the activity panes. Is there any way I can make them the same? and
.

the main difference is that the Recording Get Password is already Encrypted or hashed where as the Get password Activity doesn’t.
