Difference between Library and invoke workflow

Can someone please elaborate on difference between Library and invoke workflow.
Both are same functionality wise from re usability perspective in different automation projects.

When would you use each one of them specifically?

A workflow is useful if you’re performing actions that are specific to your project. A library is best created if you have a series of actions that you will likely reuse in multiple projects.
