May I know what is the difference between if else and flow decision?

As per my knowledge,
Mostly If used in sequence as in seq the process is sequential where u cant go back to previous stage. In flow decision you can used in flowchart where u can go back to the previous stages.

U can use them in both flowchart and sequence
