Difference between apps and action center

new in automation with human-in-the-loop, can someone explain some difference between apps and action center?

Apps - It is a low code web based platform helps you build dashboards or web apps with RPA bots as a backend service

Action Center - It is a kind of platform which manages tasks/actions/tickets for human manual action
